Are you looking for a challenging online marketing position in a very international environment? Don’t look further! Rymax Lubricants is looking for a creative Online Marketeer and content creator who is also adept in all-round marketing activities.

Online Marketeer (fulltime)

Your responsibilities:
  • Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analyzing results
  • Setting up social media campaigns (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads), B2B lead campaigns for our sales department and optimization of our lead funnel
  • Being a strategic marketing partner to our customers and help them create local marketing strategies
  • Supporting our customers with on- and offline activities by giving training, setting up online support campaigns, and monitoring progress
  • Managing website(s) (development, keeping up-to-date, adding translations, sharing updates, creating landing pages, etc.)
  • Event management: together with the marketing manager you decide what events to attend. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the organization, and you are the first point of contact
  • Managing our promotional assortment (purchasing, coordination, and communication to partners and colleagues)
  • Content creation (writing blogs, newsletters, collaborating with photo/videographers)
What are we looking for?
  • You have completed a relevant higher education (marketing/communication)
  • You already have some work experience (preferably around 2 years)
  • You have great writing and storytelling skills and a creative mind for content
  • You are fluent in English (extra bonus points for French/ Dutch/ Spanish/ Arabic)
  • You have an eye for detail
  • You are good in managing and planning your different responsibilities and don’t need someone micromanaging you
  • You are not afraid to speak up when you have a good idea or see an opportunity
  • You have a very curious mind and are likely to ask us a lot of questions
  • You have affinity with the automotive industry (bonus)
What does your day look like?

You arrive at the office, grab some coffee or tea and get behind your desk. You look in the content database to find pictures and videos that match this month’s social media theme. Together with your teammates you discuss the designs you need to serve our customers in different countries, taking their cultural differences into account. Content missing? You get creative and plan a photo- or video shoot, a new sponsorship, or a blog. Then you write the copy for posts that you will schedule for this month. It’s time for a coffee break! Together with your colleagues you chat about the weekend and play some table tennis or sit around the fireplace. You go back to your comfy desk and pick-up on some action points for that big event in Norway next month. You notice that some promotional items are low on stock so you pick up the phone and call with our suppliers to place a new order and negotiate about the price. A new translation of the website copy just came in. You open the back-end of the website and add the new language in the content management system. You do this with a great eye for detail but at the same you look for things that need to be updated or developed and you come up with a great new tool to optimize the performance. Already lunch time! You join your colleagues at the big table on our roof terrace. Elly (the office ‘mom’) made wraps for today, but you can also eat some salad or bread, or organize a quick BBQ together with your French colleagues. Afterwards you go downstairs to the meeting room to prepare for the video call that you have with a new partner in Latin America. Together with the account manager you introduce yourself and explain how you can help them. You ask them questions about the market, about their team, and the type of customers they (want to) have. Together you brainstorm about a good introduction campaign for their market. You schedule a social media training with their marketing employee’s and agree to meet in two weeks to discuss the progress on both sides. Afterwards you send them a recap email and discuss the actions with the rest of the marketing team internally. You quickly check the social media accounts for any incoming messages. You repost stories, notify the right sales colleagues about messages from their countries, and assign leads in the leads center.

The headquarters in Zevenaar, the Netherlands, has an open and relaxed atmosphere with 15-20 people in the sales, logistics, marketing, and financial departments.
